The Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join their expanding Medical Malpractice practice group in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time position that requires at least 5-7 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for prior experience in insurance defense and medical malpractice defense. The ideal candidate must also be an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Salary: $150k+ depending on experience (plus benefits)

Responsibilities:
- Participate in case strategy and development
- Interact with and develop firm clients
- Learn from experienced litigators
- Provide knowledgeable and proactive counsel to clients
- Represent clients with excellence
- Develop and grow in practice
- Create a cohesive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- 5-7 years of civil litigation experience
- Prior experience in insurance defense/medical malpractice defense preferred
