Education and Experience Information
Candidates are expected to have:
- Between four to six years of transactional experience within a law firm setting, focusing on real estate joint ventures, though experience in private M&A or private investment funds may also be considered.
- Outstanding academic credentials, indicating a strong educational background in law.
- Comparable experience in a similar law firm environment, showcasing an ability to thrive in a high-paced legal setting.

Salary Information
The law firm compensates its attorneys with market salaries. The salary scale for associates is as follows:
- 1st year: $225,000
- 2nd year: $235,000
- 3rd year: $260,000
- 4th year: $310,000
- 5th year: $365,000
- 6th year: $390,000
- 7th year: $420,000
- 8th year: $435,000

The actual salary offered to a candidate will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and potentially the location from which the applicant will be performing the job. The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 USD.
