Legal Business Associate - Senior

Job Responsibilities:
As a Legal Technology Senior within the Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting legal departments in transforming their processes through technology. Your responsibilities will include:

- Client Management: Engage in daily interactions with clients' project teams and company project leadership to ensure successful project execution.
- Delivery: Collaborate with teams to optimize tax and legal processes by aligning tax and legal software with clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Solutions: Develop and implement automation and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
- Support: Provide training and software support concerning day-to-day activities, processes, and various technological changes.
- Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, including creating workplans, tracking time against budgets, writing status reports, and actively participating in status calls.
- Cross-Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice and company as a whole, maintaining holistic client relationships.
- People Development: Contribute to the development and growth of team members.
- Business Development: Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams, helping to grow the business.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required:
- Ability to work within a hybrid model requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on work and client needs.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Implementation experience with Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis, or other CLM software; experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView; experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM Certification, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement or SAS® Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification with a 4-year degree, or various Technical Certifications.

- Preferred:
- Advanced Degree in any of the specified fields.
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and contracting process design.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range estimate is $89,180 to $203,060. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions are case-dependent. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which depends on individual and organizational performance.
