Job Title: Consultant, Advanced Technologies, Antitrust
Job Responsibilities:
The Consultant in Advanced Technologies, Antitrust, will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their antitrust compliance needs by leveraging advanced analytics, primarily focusing on machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) using Large Language Models (LLM). Working in close collaboration with the Senior Director and the Antitrust practice group, the Consultant will provide expert advice on defensible workflows and act as a subject matter expert in applying machine learning and generative AI tools to data sets. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on predictive coding (TAR and ) for regulatory compliance, investigations, and litigation.
- Independently addressing challenges with creative problem-solving while collaborating within the Antitrust Practice Group.
- Consulting with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools, workflows, and deliverables.
- Developing models in **Members Only** AI Discovery Assistant (EAIDA), Reveal AI, Brainspace, and Relativity Active Learning.
- Creating prompts/instructions for AI tools for chat and classification.
- Communicating statistical measurements and considerations to clients with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes impacting compliance.
- Understanding the eDiscovery lifecycle and identifying critical paths for AI processes and review production.
- Drafting recommended protocols and responding to regulatory specification requests.
- Documenting and transferring knowledge to Managed Review and Client Services teams to enhance technology-assisted review workflows.
- Maintaining subject matter expertise through continued education and certifications in analytics platforms.
- Mentoring colleagues and serving as an internal subject matter expert to expand the company’s analytics knowledge.
- Pursuing thought leadership opportunities through speaking engagements and authorship.
- Occasionally supporting business development activities through demonstrations, training, and client presentations or meetings.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree such as JD or MBA preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates with Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience.
- Availability in the Eastern Time Zone is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity is required.
- Proficiency in Relativity (Server or RelativityOne) and document review database administration is expected, with certification preferred.
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review using machine learning and/or GenAI tools for eDiscovery is required.
- Experience crafting prompts for LLMs (., CoPilot, Claude, Gemini, Harvey) is necessary.
- Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and Brainspace is preferred, with certification being advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 is required.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, and SQL is preferred.
- Candidates should have a skill for synthesizing complex solutions into clear explanations and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong issue-spotting and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A willingness to exceed client expectations is important.
Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is between $125, and $160, USD annually, with the possibility of an annual bonus. Specific salary considerations will be based on factors such as:
- Location-based market rate for the role.
- The candidate's abilities in relation to the job specification.
- Performance during screening and interview processes.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
Additional details regarding the compensation package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
