Job Title: Product Mgmt/Strategy Snr Director-ProdDev

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for this role is to lead **Members Only** Health’s AI Framework & Platform development, focusing on interoperability and semantic data platform strategy. This involves:

- AI Framework Leadership:
- Owning the strategy and execution of **Members Only** Health’s AI Agent Framework. This includes enabling reusable services such as note generation, coding, order suggestions, and care recommendations.
- Guiding the development and governance of LLM-based agentic workflows integrated into **Members Only**’s next-generation EHR.
- Overseeing the roadmap for common agent orchestration, reuse, and context-awareness powered by semantic data.

- Interoperability and Semantic Platform Strategy:
- Defining and evolving the semantic data layer that underpins **Members Only**’s clinical and operational applications.
- Utilizing deep interoperability expertise (FHIR, federated learning, health information exchange QHIN) to construct a scalable, standards-aligned semantic ingestion and indexing layer.
- Shaping the design and utilization of a healthcare-specific semantic knowledge graph, integrating clinical ontologies, lab data, patient communications, and longitudinal health records.
- Ensuring the platform enables dynamic care planning and AI model explainability through rich, structured semantic context.

- Industry and Regulatory Engagement:
- Representing **Members Only** Health in AI regulatory discussions, standards development organizations (., HL7, ONC, FDA), and public-private partnerships focused on the safe and effective use of AI in healthcare.
- Leading **Members Only**’s involvement in evolving industry practices for AI transparency, model governance, and clinical safety validation.

- Cross-Functional Product Leadership:
- Collaborating across engineering, policy, UX, and clinical strategy teams to deliver aligned platform capabilities.
- Guiding product managers in defining and building AI services that are interoperable, scalable, and grounded in clinical context.

Education and Experience Information:

- Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years in healthcare technology, with leadership roles in platform, AI, or interoperability domains.
- Proven experience in building or managing health-specific semantic knowledge graphs and data platforms (., federated learning, FHIR APIs, clinical ontologies).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standard-setting bodies in healthcare AI and data exchange.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance product teams and deliver platform capabilities across complex stakeholder environments.
- JD, MPH, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Salary Information:

- The hiring range in the United States is from $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. The role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
- **Members Only** maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations. This reflects **Members Only**’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
- Candidates are typically placed into the range based on these factors, as well as internal peer equity.
