Job Summary:

As an Attorney for Supply Chain & Information Technology Contracting, you will be primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for supply chain, information technology, and non-clinical vendor services for FTCH. You will work with internal contract stakeholders and other organization leaders to ensure that all contracts align with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate system contracts for supply chain, information technology, and non-clinical vendor services

• Work with internal contract stakeholders and organization leaders to ensure contracts align with company values

• Translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice for business teams

• Conduct legal research and pay attention to detail

• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Manage a range of legal matters

• Meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities under pressure

• Utilize legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Commit to personal and professional development

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant contracting experience in a non-profit setting or with a law firm specializing in non-profit clients

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law as in-house counsel in the State of Wisconsin or eligible for admission upon hire
