Duties:
Support complex real estate financing transactions, including affordable housing projects
Draft and review contracts, financial agreements, and related documents
Conduct legal research related to real estate finance and housing regulations
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate closings
Assist with due diligence and compliance checks on real estate transactions
Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple ongoing matters
Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the practice group through research and drafting
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or transactional law
Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota
Demonstrated interest in affordable housing finance
Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to the Minnesota State Bar (required)
