Job Responsibilities:
- Represent personal injury clients from the pre-suit stage through trial and appeal.
- Prepare and draft legal documents pertinent to personal injury cases.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to ensure maximum compensation.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding legal strategy and other relevant matters.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Conduct in-office meetings with clients as needed to discuss case progress and strategies.
- Attend Compulsory Medical Examinations (CMEs).

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
- Requires a thorough understanding of Florida personal injury law.
- The candidate should demonstrate a strong bedside manner and excellent client relations skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A passion for trial work and a commitment to continuous improvement in this area is necessary.
- The candidate must have a suitable home office setup that supports a peaceful and quiet work environment, enabling participation in virtual meetings, hearings, and phone calls.
- A minimum of 15 jury trials to verdict is required, although these trials can be in areas other than personal injury.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $250,000 yearly.
