- Seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience in patent prosecution
- Must have a technical background in electrical engineering or patent prosecution experience with electrical or semiconductor technologies
- Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from large corporations to innovative startups
- Responsibilities include drafting patent applications, conducting patent searches, and providing counsel on patent strategy
- Also opportunities to support litigation and transactional practices
- Must have Washington, Colorado, or Minnesota bar admission
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- Strong academic performance and writing ability
- USPTO admission preferred
Salary Information:
- Denver applicants: Salary range of $200,000 - $225,000
- Salary determined based on experience and practice area
- Eligible for Dorsey's associate bonus program
