Law Firm Seeking Experienced Energy Project Finance Associate (Mid-Senior Level) in Multiple Locations

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Energy Project Finance Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic Energy Project Development and Finance group. This is a full-time, location flexible position with competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Job Responsibilities:

- Drafting primary and ancillary deal documents for energy project development, M&A, and project finance transactions
- Managing complex diligence, deal management, and client interaction
- Supervising and guiding junior associates and internal specialist teams
- Familiarity with energy regulatory matters, project real property and permitting requirements, and offtake agreements
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, busy practice and meet expected hours
- Admission to one or more state bars is required

Salary Information:

- Washington .: $240,000-$375,000 per year (actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law)
