The candidate will work for the litigation matter for best law student that want to try lawsuits. Should have excelled in moot court and mock trial. Junior associates work closely with senior attorneys and partners, and accept significant work and responsibilities. Law clerks work on projects and have the opportunity to explore many areas of law within diverse litigation practice. Will work under the direction of numerous attorneys who concentrate on a wide range of legal matters. While research and writing is of course a large part of the tasks assigned, will also have the opportunity to observe depositions, hearings, and trials.
