Job Title: Litigation Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
The litigation legal assistant at the law firm is responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of attorneys in a civil litigation practice. The key responsibilities include:
- Mastery of Washington state and federal court rules and procedures.
- Handling electronic court filings and managing docketing/calendaring rules.
- Managing a variety of administrative tasks with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Providing exceptional client service with sound judgment, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining strong oral and written communication with clients and colleagues.
- Operating effectively in a highly technological and computer-savvy environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Word, with experience in Net Docs being advantageous.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a minimum of ten years of civil litigation experience. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional secretarial skills and a high level of organizational abilities. Experience in handling Washington state and federal court rules/procedures is essential, along with proficiency in electronic court filings and docketing/calendaring rules.

Salary Information:
The base hourly range for the litigation legal assistant position is to . This range considers years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location.
