Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to provide strategic solutions for enforcing and defending against copyright, trademark, and entertainment-related litigation claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
- Prepare and respond to complex discovery requests
- Negotiate and communicate with opposing counsel
- Conduct depositions and prepare for trial, including witness preparation and appellate briefs
- Collaborate with diverse workforce and build relationships both inside and outside the firm
- Take the lead on interesting and challenging cases
- Provide excellent client services
- Adhere to all applicable Federal and State laws

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- 4-6 years of trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling experience
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Superb judgment and communication skills

- Experience with drafting and responding to pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and working with experts
- Ability to travel to different locations as needed
