As a General Liability Litigation Attorney, you will handle a wide range of cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including drafting pleadings and legal documents, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court. Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of general liability matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Draft pleadings and legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Provide strategic legal analysis
- Appear in court as needed
Requirements:

- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably defending liability claims
- Experience in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, answering written discovery, taking/defending depositions, and handling oral arguments
- Experience in premises liability, general liability, automobile, and insurance defense
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills
