Job Title: General Liability Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery.
- Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials effectively.
- Represent defendants in significant exposure cases in various general liability areas.
- Provide defense for property and personal injury claims for businesses and individuals, insured or self-insured.
- Excel in litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
- Collaborate with seasoned and well-respected trial attorneys within the General Liability Practice.
- Contribute to obtaining notable defense verdicts and recognition.

Education and Experience Information:
- is required.
- A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred.
- Strong research and writing skills are essential.
- Experience in any litigation arena with substantive litigation experience is considered.
