Salary Information:
- Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 annually
- Commensurate with experience

Job Title: Associate Attorney
Experience: No experience required, but must have a JD and be licensed to practice in Virginia or Maryland

Job Responsibilities:
- Review bankruptcy pleadings and claims in the specific jurisdiction
- Manage routine bankruptcy matters
- Monitor electronic bankruptcy filings
- Attend regular bankruptcy hearings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and Trustees
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer and office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze and make recommendations
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
