We are a growing law firm seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team. As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will work closely with senior litigation attorneys to support and assist in various legal tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a . degree and a license to practice law in Nevada who is interested in gaining valuable experience in the field of legal litigation. As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to evaluate issues and claims, assisting clients in complying with legal obligations, gathering evidence, conducting interviews and site visits, drafting correspondence and court documents, and making appearances in court. You will also have the opportunity to engage in alternate dispute resolution processes and assist with trial preparation.

We are looking for a candidate who has a . degree from an accredited law school and is licensed to practice law in Nevada. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working in the legal litigation field, as well as outstanding time management and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential qualities for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also important. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
