Salary Information:
- Los Angeles, CA: $275,000-$325,000
- San Francisco, CA: $275,000-$325,000
- Chicago, IL: $275,000-$325,000
- New York City, NY: $275,000-$325,000
- Washington, DC: $275,000-$325,000

*Additional contingent compensation may be available based on factors such as work performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling experience
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent client services

Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
- Responding to complex discovery requests
- Conferring and negotiating with opposing counsel
- Preparing for and conducting depositions
- Presenting oral arguments at hearings
- Preparing for trial and appellate briefs
