Job Title: Attorney (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive mentorship from experienced trial lawyers.
- Gain substantial hands-on litigation experience from the outset.
- Argue motions, take depositions, and appear in court.
- Draft and file substantive motions in federal court.
- Interact with clients, experts, and witnesses.
- Take ownership of cases while being supported by a strong team.
- Work primarily remotely but be available for occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or proceedings.
- Participate in daily Zoom meetings with the legal team to coordinate priorities and workflow.
- Commit to civil practice and uphold the standards of the legal profession.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have 3–7 years of litigation experience.
- Honors distinction from undergraduate or law school is preferred.
- Candidates with experience clerking for a magistrate or federal judge are preferred.
- Experience in the US Attorney's Office or as a Federal Public Defender is advantageous.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are required.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
