Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior Associate in the Private Partnership Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting private companies with business advisory needs, focusing on audit, tax compliance, and planning. Your responsibilities will include:

Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
- Certification Required: Must be committed to obtaining certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification(s) Preferred: CPA or Member of the Bar
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough knowledge of tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions within private partnerships, including:
- Interpreting and applying relevant aspects of US Tax Code sections related to partnership structures.
- Consulting and modeling for M&A and equity transactions.
- Marketing and business development efforts.
- Calculating partnership allocations and reconciling outcomes.
- Collaborating to design and implement systems and process enhancements.
- Performing specialized tax consulting and compliance for publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other private partnerships.
- Creating complex spreadsheets and data analytic tools, and presenting to various audiences.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, managing engagements, and balancing project economics.
- Leading teams to establish direction, motivate members, and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $208,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Additionally, the company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
