Job Title: Corporate Associate – Public Companies and Capital Markets
Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Associate will be responsible for handling various aspects of public company reporting compliance and governance. The candidate will manage day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, which include SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Additionally, the associate will represent either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions. This includes handling Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), equity and debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), and at-the-market offerings. Experience in dealing with technology and/or life sciences companies is considered advantageous.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have 4-6 years of experience in public company and capital market practices. The role requires substantial experience in public company reporting compliance and governance. The candidate should be familiar with the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, including SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Experience representing issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity and debt offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market offerings, is essential. Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is a plus.
Salary Information:
The salary for this position ranges from $310,000 to $390,000, depending on the year of classification. In addition to the base salary, discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
