Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Consultant, Business Strategy and Operations at the company is a pivotal role focused on advancing the success and growth of the Client Services (CS) organization. This position is part of the newly established Strategic Initiatives and Transformation Office (SITO) within CS, which aims to support the department’s top priorities and shape its multi-year strategy. The consultant will work closely with various teams within CS and other parts of the company to define and execute the CS Strategy and manage Business Operations, including target setting, performance reporting, financials, and driving business insights. This leader will act as an integrated partner across Client Services and engage with senior executives on the CS Leadership Team (CSLT).

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a thought partner on high-priority strategic issues and projects, initiating or managing strategic CS or SITO initiatives to address requests from Executive Leadership, Corporate Teams (., Corporate Strategy, Transformation Office), and the CS Leadership Team.
- Supporting the coordination of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings between the Head of CS and their direct reports (regional and global teams) to assess business performance.
- Developing frameworks and processes to drive the design and development of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for CS.
- Encouraging CS and non-CS partners to enhance the quality of insights derived from data and metrics.
- Establishing and maintaining governance around OKRs and guiding the organization to prioritize high-value activities.
- Collaborating with Finance to support budget development for CS and SITO, providing strategic support on investment prioritization and allocation.
- Monitoring financial performance and outlook, including headcount, professional fees, and travel, and developing plans to course-correct or seek additional investment as necessary.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation across SITO and CS teams, as well as other CS partners, as needed to explore and deliver solutions.
- Serving as a delegate for the Senior Director of Business Strategy & Operations across all areas of responsibility and in all forums or meetings when needed.

Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
- Demonstrated success in business operations, strategy, and planning roles.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and solid business judgment.
- Experience in translating vague or nebulous ideas into tactical plans.

Salary Information:
For . applicants only, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $127,400 to $184,900 per year. This may include potential sales incentive payments, if applicable. The salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a bonus and equity. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package for this position, which may include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account (FSA/HSA), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a Wellness Program.

Additional Information:
Work Hours: Varies based on the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. It will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
