- Seeking passionate and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers
- Opportunity to make a difference and pursue justice for those harmed, bullied, or abused
- Work alongside experienced trial lawyers and handle a variety of legal matters
H2: Job Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of individual plaintiff and complex legal matters from inception through trial
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates to provide effective solutions for clients
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations in California
- Build referral sources and participate in legal associations across the city, state, and country
H2: Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar
- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury, sexual abuse, or medical malpractice
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-value cases
- Strong organizational and time management skills

H2: Salary and Location Information
- Full-time position with a salary range of $110,000-$180,000
- Must have active California Bar license and ability to relocate to Los Angeles before starting work
