Law firm seeking Private Credit Associate with 4-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized firm. Must have lending experience and general experience with financing transactions. Salary range of $225,000 - $420,000.

This role is available in various offices, including Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. They must possess a strong background in lending and have experience with a variety of financing transactions, such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Additional experience with asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is a plus.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $225,000 - $420,000 and is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, job history, class/graduation year, and practice area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in private credit/finance matters
- Advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations
- Conduct due diligence and review legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide high-quality legal services
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience
- Strong background in lending, with experience on the borrower's side being a plus
- General experience with a variety of financing transactions
- Knowledge of asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and a . from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in the office location is preferred
