Transactional Attorney (Transactional Experience Required)
We are currently seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with a Portable Book of Business to join our growing law firm in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Lake Worth, or Tampa. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a larger firm and focus solely on practicing law without the added stress of running their own business.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of commercial, corporate, and real estate matters, with a focus on transactions.
- Draft and negotiate documents for general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
- Provide legal advice to clients on corporate governance, policies, procedures, finances, intellectual property, operations, and regulatory issues.
- Guide clients towards best practices in corporate law regulation compliance.
- Analyze the legal risk and rights of various company structures and make recommendations for corporation, joint venture, limited partnership, and limited liability company options.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Prior experience in transactional law.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent legal services to clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $90,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
- Law firm covers bar dues and CLEs.
- Commission on cases brought into the firm (minus PIP).
- Percentage of transactional division earnings.

Location and Schedule:
- This is a full-time, onsite position.
- Some travel may be required.
