Job Title: Corporate Attorney
Location: Chicago, IL
Experience: 4-8 years
Salary Range: $200,000 - $270,000 annually

Job Description:
- Responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents
- Interact with clients and represent them in business transactions
- Strong business development experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Strong academic credentials

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate various corporate and transactional documents
- Interact with clients and represent them in business transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Participate in business development efforts
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on complex legal matters
- Collaborate with team members and other departments

Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate law
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois
- Strong understanding of corporate and transactional law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in business development is a plus
