Job Title: Attorney Professional Development Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Attorney Professional Development managers, the Attorney Professional Development Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative coordination tasks related to attorney onboarding procedures, event planning, and performance reviews. The role requires flexibility in work schedule and may occasionally necessitate overtime. The position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, which will be discussed during the interview process.

Essential duties include:
- Coordinating orientation schedules for attorneys.
- Managing meeting logistics, including conference room setup, material preparation, RSVP tracking, and A/V coordination with the Multimedia department.
- Coordinating associate mentor pairings.
- Approving Chrome River expenses weekly.
- Approving time sheets for Project Attorneys weekly.
- Creating surveys using firm software.
- Drafting minutes for committee meetings.
- Assisting with firmwide onboarding initiatives.
- Handling filing of resumes, bios, offer letters, and transcripts.
- Assisting with ongoing data entry for attorney attrition and retention documents.
- Providing other administrative and clerical support as required by supervisors.

Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in professional services is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
