Job Title: Experienced Plaintiff Trial Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first chair in plaintiff personal injury trials, demonstrating significant trial experience.
- Conduct extensive depositions, including those involving corporate defendants, liability and damage experts, and medical experts.
- Develop high-value personal injury cases with $1 million or more in insurance coverage, following the law firm's procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on major cases, with opportunities to join trial teams within the firm.
- Utilize a state-of-the-art case management system and other top-notch resources provided by the law firm.
- Strive to achieve performance goals to qualify for a guaranteed commission on top of the base salary.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must possess significant first chair plaintiff personal injury trial experience.
- Extensive experience in conducting depositions involving corporate defendants and various experts.

Salary Information:
- Base salary up to $200,000, dependent on experience.
- Guaranteed commission available after achieving performance goals.
