Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to the APAC commercial legal team.
- Draft and review contracts and various legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Assist attorneys with litigation and arbitration preparation.
- Support attorneys with corporate governance and entity management matters.
- Conduct research and generate charts and diagrams to display information for attorneys.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by attorneys.

Education and Experience Information:
- Major(s): Law, Business, or Business Administration.
- Class Year(s): Undergraduate or Graduate Student.
- Must be studying at universities in the United States or Europe, with a preference for those in the United States.
