Responsibilities:
- Identify impact of key international tax provisions on operational business changes
- Model transaction scenarios across jurisdictions for tax efficiencies and incentives
- Identify multinational/cross-border tax issues and coordinate with specialists and local advisors
- Perform IP migrations, entity rationalization, post-acquisition integration, and international M&A for large companies
- Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches
- Analyze IP structures, transactional flows, and tax returns for potential tax opportunities
- Prepare and review financial and tax models
- Research technical issues pertaining to corporate international tax
- Prepare and review structuring slide decks, technical memoranda, and opinions
- Lead client and internal stakeholder meetings
- Manage risk, resources, staffing, and financial performance for multiple engagements
- Lead client calls and apply tax technical knowledge to specific situations
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively
- Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client businesses
- Supervise, develop, mentor, and motivate team members
- Manage workload and deadlines with focus on quality and efficiency
- Conduct day-to-day management of accounts
- Support business development efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Licensed CPA or Attorney
- 6+ years of tax consulting experience
- Experience with global cash tax scenario modeling, international tax and transfer pricing, or global project management
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of inbound and outbound international tax planning strategies
- Demonstrated success as a trusted tax and business advisor
- Passion for training and mentoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High motivation to learn and grow
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Salary range of $130,000 - $175,000 annually, with discretionary bonus program
