Associate Attorney - Homeowners Insurance Litigation The candidate will represent clients in court. Will prepare and draft legal documents. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Prepare depositions and represent our clients in depositions. Attend hearings and motion calendar.
The candidate should have 1+ year of experience in homeowner's insurance litigation. Must have Florida Bar in good standing. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Must have familiarity with various legal documents. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed. Experience in Labor and Employment Litigation a plus. Experience in Personal Injury Litigation a plus.
