**Members Only** Law Firm, a leading firm in business, estate planning, real estate, and education law, is seeking a motivated and driven entry level or lateral associate attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a variety of areas, including civil litigation, business/employment, real estate, and research and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a diverse caseload, including civil litigation, business/employment, real estate, and research and writing.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court and at depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and gain valuable experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and assist with case management.

Qualifications:

- Must have passed the bar exam and be licensed to practice law.
- Top 30% of class preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle a high-volume workload.
- Professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
- Prior experience in civil litigation, business/employment, real estate, or research and writing is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
