The Law Firm of **Members Only** is seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our growing Regulatory team as a Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Junior Partner in the Energy practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the energy industry to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The position is open in multiple offices, including Madison, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Chicago, Salt Lake City, and Denver.

As a Regulatory Senior Associate/Senior Counsel/Junior Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of regulatory matters in the energy sector, including electricity, utilities, and renewables. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients in regulatory, legislative, litigation, and transactional matters, as well as representing energy companies and large industrial users in negotiations and power purchase agreements with utilities. You will also have the opportunity to work on both state and federal levels, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in this complex and ever-changing field.

To be considered for this position, you must have a . from an ABA accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the energy industry. You must also have a strong understanding of regulatory, legislative, and litigation matters related to the energy and/or extractive industries.
