The candidate will manage a team of Associates and Legal Support Staff. Will mentor Associates and Legal Support Staff. Conduct research to advise clients. Develop litigation and discovery strategies. Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Court & jury trials. Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland. Should have experience in litigation and Domestic Law. Management experience is a plus. Experience in criminal trials, Circuit courts & District Courts is required.
