Job Title: Senior Civil Litigation Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Civil Litigation Attorney at the law firm will be tasked with managing and overseeing complex litigation cases. This includes serving as the first-chair in trials, attending hearings and depositions, and drafting motions and pleadings. The attorney will be responsible for running point on all aspects of litigating cases. The role requires maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing a significant caseload in a high-pressure and exciting environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as exceptional legal research abilities. The attorney must exercise good judgment, professionalism, proactiveness, and a strong work ethic. Prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking, and working efficiently both independently and as part of a team are key responsibilities. Extensive experience with all stages of litigation is necessary, along with comprehensive knowledge of both Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The candidate should also have a good sense of humor and be a team player.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a minimum of four (4) years of complex civil litigation experience. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of both Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and have extensive experience with all stages of litigation.
Salary Information:
