**Members Only** is currently seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their global leader in logistics real estate. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will provide support to the real estate group within the legal department, with specific emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support for all aspects and stages of real estate transactions, with a focus on title and survey review, due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing integration and administration.
- Lead in the preparation, review, and negotiation of legal documentation with supervision from in-house attorneys.
- Contact and negotiate with third parties as needed.
- Abstract and summarize material terms of contracts.
- Develop professional relationships with resources both within and outside the company.
- 10+ years of real estate and related experience required, with a background in transactions, leasing, and development.
- Must have strong PC skills and experience supporting and closing transactions independently.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be independent, proactive, organized, and able to work with minimal direction.
- Flexibility to respond quickly to changing demands and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with SalesForce, Doxsera, Smartsheet, and SimpleLegal preferred.
- Experience in data center acquisitions, dispositions, and conversions a plus.
