- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
- 2-5+ years of litigation experience

Role Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent advocacy skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues. Responsibilities include preparing for court appearances, depositions, and settlement conferences, as well as conducting research and managing client correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Case assessment for liability, loss, and damages
- Manage client reporting, billing, budgeting, and case management requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Conducting depositions
- Exceptional research, writing, and briefing skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local rules
- Meet or exceed monthly billable hour goals
- Occasional travel
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
- Commercial litigation experience preferred
- Able to work with a team in a collaborative environment or independently
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience:
