Education and Experience Information
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field is necessary.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
What Sets You Apart
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing tax compliance for various business entities, including fiduciary income tax returns and compliance.
- Experience in collaborating with tax practitioners and business managers to optimize tax strategies.
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing comprehensive tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and creative solutions to address complex tax issues.
- Demonstrated leadership in generating new business and proposal writing to secure new clients and projects.
- Proficiency in automation and digitization in tax services to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $140,900 to $434,000, depending on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
