Job Title: Associate Attorney - Business Law

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney at the law firm will primarily work with experienced partners and other associates with dynamic and growing practices. The role requires the candidate to assume a meaningful position within a team that includes other attorneys and support staff. Key responsibilities include:

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Associate Attorney position must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

- Possession of a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Texas
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in general business transactional law
