Job Title: Associate Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop successful case strategies in civil litigation matters.
- Handle a wide range of transactional matters including business formations, general counseling, and trademark applications.
- Draft and review legal documents such as discovery, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Represent clients in all court proceedings from case inception to appeal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and fellow members of the law firm.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends that present opportunities and challenges to clients.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Focus on law enforcement defense is a plus.
Salary Information:
- Salary Range: From $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
