Job Title: Associate Attorney - Entry Level
Experience Information:
- 6 months to 3 years of litigation experience
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the California Bar
- Genuine interest in consumer protection and representation
Responsibilities:
- Written discovery: drafting, reviewing, and responding to written requests
- Law & Motion work: drafting motions and participating in oral arguments
- Depositions: attending and defending client depositions
- Vehicle inspections: attending with expert witnesses
- Other tasks as assigned by Partners
Qualifications & Skills:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Hunger for professional growth and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Willing to learn and use technology solutions and work in a paperless environment
- Ability to travel within California as needed
