Job Title: New York Real Estate Associate Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
The role involves working on a wide range of large and complex real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling joint ventures, purchases and sales, private equity transactions, REITs, and leasing.
- Supervising junior attorneys within the team.
- Engaging in a variety of other real estate-related matters.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality legal services.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

- High academic achievement.
- Experience in real estate transactions, specifically in joint ventures, purchases and sales, private equity transactions, REITs, and/or leasing.
- A strong interest in real estate law, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work well in a team.
- Admission to the New York bar or the capability to waive into it.
- Prior experience in a peer law firm is required.
- Preferred class years range from 2016 to 2022.
- Candidates must submit a resume and law school transcript(s) with their application.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000. The actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. The law firm also offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package.
