Tax Partner - Private Equity / Asset Management:

- 12+ years of experience in business taxation with a focus on Financial Services clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA, JD, LLM, or EA required.
- Must have extensive tax compliance and consulting experience for Financial Services clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with various clients.
- Experience in international tax matters and ASC 740 compliance preferred.
