Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Foreclosure - Hearings

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant in the Foreclosure Packaging department at the law firm, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. These tasks include:

- Inputting data and updating websites to ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Answering phone calls from prospective purchasers, borrowers, or lenders, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Running conflict checks and requesting any existing files relevant to foreclosure cases.
- Setting up new referrals in the case management software to streamline operations.
- Assisting in maintaining the calendar of hearings and sales to ensure all events are properly scheduled and managed.
- Submitting check requests as part of the financial processes.

It is important to note that any employee within the foreclosure department may be cross-trained. This means you could be expected to fulfill responsibilities of any team within the department based on business needs.

Education and Experience Information:
