Job Title: Wealth Fiduciary Account Opening Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of onboarding new fiduciary business, which includes the production and acceptance of account paperwork, coding on the SEI/Trust 3000 platform, and setup of statements and fees.
- Analyze trust documents to extract necessary information for account opening.
- Serve as the centralized point of contact for the opening of Wealth Management accounts, ensuring the process is monitored from start to finish.
- Handle complex fiduciary matters and provide guidance to client-facing wealth teams on proper procedures and policies for account opening.
- Be knowledgeable about financial and estate planning strategies, and review and interpret legal and fiduciary documents. Utilize this expertise to onboard fiduciary accounts effectively by offering suggestions and feedback to client teams.
- Collaborate with client teams to drive new fiduciary business identification and onboarding. Take proactive responsibility for outreach, training, problem resolution, and consultation on new account matters.
- Achieve or surpass client service standards as aligned with the company’s Wealth segmentation strategy by partnering with Client Advisors, Investment Portfolio Managers, Wealth Strategists, and external advisors.
- Complete projects as assigned, providing consultation and feedback on process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing mentoring and counsel to New Account Opening Analysts, New Account Onboarding Advisors, client teams, and internal partners.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required: At least 6 years of experience in Fiduciary administration or a related financial role, including internships.
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, fiduciary administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of fiduciary principles, knowledge of estate planning documents, and administration topics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including standard Microsoft Office products and database applications.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to clients and internal partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working towards or possessing an advanced degree or certification such as JD, MBA, CFP, CPA, or CTFA.
- Knowledge of deposit/general banking to coordinate the delivery of a variety of bank products.
- Intermediate or advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office products and database applications.
