As a Patent Docket Specialist at Morgan Lewis, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining all areas of the patent computerized docket system. You will have daily contact with the practice group lawyers and staff you support, and will work under the supervision of the Docket Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all areas of the CPI database, including application information, docket due dates, and remarks
- Manage incoming client and Patent and Trademark Office communications
- Process electronic communications according to departmental procedures
- Provide docket, status, and maintenance reports to patent personnel and lawyers

Experience and Qualifications:

- High school diploma and at least one year of docketing experience or equivalent knowledge of patent processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a collaborative team environment

Salary Information:

- Salary range for positions in Century City, Los Angeles, Orange County, CA, and Seattle, WA: $64,700 - $103,
- Salary range for positions in Chicago, IL: $59, - $94,
- Salary range for positions in Washington, .: $62, - $99,
- Salary range for positions in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, CA: $67, - $107,

Please note that the final salary offered may be outside of these ranges based on individual circumstances and market factors. The total compensation package will also include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
