Are you a mid-level attorney with 4-6 years of experience in regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues? Do you have a strong background in defending data privacy and security class actions? If so, Cooley Law Firm wants you to join our Cyber/Data/Privacy (c/d/p) practice group in Chicago!

At Cooley Law Firm, our c/d/p group is comprised of over 30 full-time attorneys across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. We are proud to offer a diverse and expanding practice that continues to receive recognition for our excellence in c/d/p litigation and investigations. As a mid-level associate, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and engage directly with clients while leading significant projects.

We are seeking candidates with a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, strong tech fluency, and impeccable analytical and writing skills. In addition, successful candidates will have experience with regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues, as well as a strong understanding of data privacy and security class actions.

In return, we offer a competitive annual salary range of $310,000 - $390,000, with final offer amount dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
