Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with leading real estate companies.
- Collaborate across different functions within the company to expand existing business and offer diverse business solutions to clients and prospects.

- Provide performance feedback and on-the-job training, celebrating and recognizing excellence in performance.
- Actively engage in attracting and retaining top talent by supporting team members throughout their careers.
- Develop and expand a business network with colleagues, referral relationships, potential clients, and external organizations to attract new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in the business community and participate actively in professional organizations.

Education and Experience Information:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law; a Master’s in Tax/LLM is preferred.
- Over 7 years of recent experience in a public accounting firm, including managing multiple real estate tax projects and client engagements.
- Experience in developing team members, assigning projects, and managing workflow.
- Significant experience in the real estate industry, particularly in handling all types of entity and individual taxes, especially partnerships.
- Experience in analyzing flow-through entity distribution and profit/loss language in operating agreements.
- CPA certification is required.
- Strong leadership and project/team management skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Capability to manage and nurture strong client relationships.
- Proficiency with tax software and technology.
