An established Ohio-based estate planning and business law firm is expanding into Southwest Florida (Bonita Springs area) and is seeking a recent law school graduate with a pending bar exam or a newly admitted attorney to join the team.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist with estate planning and business law matters under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Meet with clients and assist in gathering necessary information and documentation
• Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, business formation documents, and contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos as needed
• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and relationship-building activities
• Collaborate with team members across offices to ensure consistent service and communication
• Support business development efforts in the Southwest Florida (Bonita Springs area) market
