**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a renowned national law firm, is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for their Seattle office. This position is in the Litigation department, specifically in Construction/Commercial Litigation, and offers a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office. Responsibilities:
The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining schedules and calendars, making travel arrangements, updating contacts, and working closely with attorneys and billing specialists on complex billing matters. Other responsibilities include new client intake and file maintenance utilizing the firm's electronic records management system, billing, travel coordination, and expense reimbursement, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess judgement and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and detail-oriented approach.
Required Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience supporting attorneys in construction, commercial litigation, and appellate work is preferred, with trial experience being a plus. The candidate must also be familiar with the rules, procedures, and filing requirements of Washington State, federal and appellate courts, e-filing, and the daily operations of a litigation practice. Experience with document management, time and billing systems is a plus.

Time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid at time and one-half of the hourly rate. The salary range for this position is from $80,000 - $95,000 depending upon experience.
